What happened
It has emerged that key documents, including the signed agreement for Dangote Ksh 2.2T lamu refinery have not been made public as required by law, despite Wednesday 30th Sep 2026 groundbreaking.
The message
It is in this regard that Hon Ndindi Nyoro the party leader during his visit in Nyeri county has demanded that president Ruto bring to the limelight the following.
1. List of all share holders of Dangote East Africa Petroleum Refinery
2. The benefits Kenyans will get from this deal now that they have surrendered more than 7000 Acres of land for the refinery
3. All the agreements that have been committed on behalf of Kenyans with regards to the refinery
